Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours notice before arrival and a cancellation fax or email is required. In the eventuality of a late cancellation one night’s stay will be debited from your credit card. Please note that bookings requiring multiple rooms or group booking require two weeks notice for cancellation before date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of one night per room per stay.

As the Alhambra Hotel is a small and family run hotel, we would appreciate it if group bookings of 3 rooms or more please give 2 weeks notice before:

• Asking for a reduction or increase in the number of rooms booked;
• Asking for a reduction or increase in the number of nights booked;
• or Cancelling your reservation all together.

The Alhambra Hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if any changes have been made to the original.

The Alhambra Hotel can arrange a taxi transfer from any London Airport or Train Station direct to the Alhambra Hotel. There are 3 types of taxi available; 4-Seater, 4-Seater with Extra Luggage Space and 5/6-Seater. If you are interested please contact the hotel reception on 0207 837 9575 or add the taxi transfer to your reservation form. Please note that the tariffs quoted are per CAR and NOT per passenger and include CAR PARK COST and 60 MINUTES WAITING TIME after the plane has landed. Please note that payment is done directly to the driver and not to the Hotel. Please ensure all flight details are correct at the time of the taxi transfer booking.
