Francesco (Frank) Valoti has been running the Alhambra Hotel with his wife Martine for the majority of his adult life. Throughout this entire time Frank has been cooking his now legendary cooked full english breakfast 7 days a week!

Now Frank and Martine's daughter Sonia and son-in-law Bruno are also heavily involved in running the hotel. During the breakfast you will most probably be served by someone from the Valoti family!

Please note: Breakfast is now alsso open to Non-Residents at the Hotel. Full English Breakfast or Continental Breakfast is charged at £10 per person. Please see Hotel reception for more information

Frank's Famous Full English includes the following ingredients (the breakfast can be customised with chosen ingredients excluded):

• Fried Eggs
• Cumberland Pork Sausages
• Dried Smoked Bacon
• Fresh Grilled Tomato
• Heinz Baked Beans
• White or Wholemeal Toast

As an alternative continental breakfast is also available. It comes with:

• Choice of cereals,
• Hot croissant
• Fresh Fruit
• Natural Yoghurt
• White or Wholemeal Toast.

Please Note: Breakfast is served between:

• Monday to Friday - 7am and 9am
• Saturday and Sunday - 7am to 9.30am
• For earlier departures the reception can offer Cereals and Toast (from 5am).
