Francesco (Frank) Valoti has been running the Alhambra Hotel with his wife Martine for the majority of his adult life. Throughout this entire time Frank has been cooking his now legendary cooked full english breakfast 7 days a week!

Now Frank and Martine's daughter Sonia and son-in-law Bruno are also heavily involved in running the hotel. During the breakfast you will most probably be served by someone from the Valoti family!

All the ingredients are bought fresh on the day of serving and are cooked on the spot. Nothing is pre-prepared. Frank's Full English includes the following ingredients (the breakfast can be customised with chosen ingredients excluded):

• Eggs
• Sausages
• Bacon
• Tomato
• Baked Beans
• Toast

The most amazing part of Frank's Breakfast is that it is offered totally and completly free of charge to guests of The Alhmabra Hotel!

Please note that guests are offered a continental breakfast (cereals, croissant, toast, etc) an alternative choice of breakfast.
